Richard has over 25 years experience as a business leader, corporate executive, and entrepreneur, with a diverse background in Management, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Business Development. Richard’s industry experience includes, Financial services, Retailing & Franchising, Professional Services and Consulting. Richard has been coaching the business planning and sales processes throughout his career and brings a wealth of first-hand experience to both seasoned professionals and new entrepreneurs.
As a former commercial Lender and Small Business Banker, Richard has assisted countless entrepreneurs with funding requests for both new business ventures and established enterprises. Richard has also launched new businesses from start-up, and can provide young entrepreneurs with guidance through all the steps of starting their own business.
Richard has a BA (honours) and MBA, from Queen’s University. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, and is an involved member of his community.
