Niki Tsourounakis is the owner of Amphora, who is the sole distributor of Vlatos Premium Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (www.vlatos.com). With a lifetime experience of being in the food industry, Niki is proud to import her family’s Premium Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Mediterranean Sea Salt from the beautiful island of Crete, Greece. As a child, Niki would spend her summer months there, and quickly fell in love with the culture, land and food. Inheriting her grandfather’s olive oil estate is one of the greatest things that could have happened to her. She is very proud to stand behind this harvest, and would love to put it in the hands of foodies everywhere!
