Being artistically inclined, Holly Main has always produced her own greeting cards for friends and family, dating back to her marker-on-construction-paper cards of grade 3. After graduating with a Fine Arts degree from the University of Ottawa, Holly took additional college courses while freelancing and maintaining her daily comic, all the while wondering how to make art her career. In 2008, something clicked. Holly realized the potential to turn her lovable greeting cards and comics into a business and as of June 2009 officially claimed Carrier Budge Card Company as her own.
Carrier Budge Card Company creates everyday and seasonal greeting cards that bring smiles and laughter using Carrier Budge’s lovable and unforgettable characters. Carrier Budge characters celebrate a wide range of subject matter through colourful, comic card designs which are sold both wholesale and retail in Canada.
